Multi-Year Coaching Collaboration

This Coaching Model is a deep collaboration between Roots ConnectED and the school/organization. Decisions are made collectively towards shared goals and outcomes.

Based on conversations with the school site team and a needs- assessment looking at the current strengths and needs of the site/organization, a Scope of Work outlining the needs of the school and proposed areas of focus in the anti-bias framework are identified. This Coaching Model is a deep collaboration between Roots ConnectED and the school/organization and decisions are made collectively towards shared goals and outcomes. The Scope of Work will always involve a level of leadership coaching and will be followed by a series of coaching meetings and professional development that are created to support and address the needs of your site or organization in deepening equity practices institutionally, collectively, and personally.
