Creating a Community of Belonging
Strengthen school-wide culture through intentional practices that foster connection, shared values, and a deep sense of belonging among staff, students, and families. This coaching strand supports schools in building relational trust, community rituals, and inclusive systems that align with their equity goals.
Developing Inclusive Classrooms
A 10-week coaching experience that helps instructional teams create classrooms where belonging, access, and identity are centered in daily practice. This strand supports educators in redesigning classroom systems and instruction through identity work, learner variability, student agency, and sustainable practices that lead to real, lasting change.
Our Workshop Series brings together up to 30 participants for a focused strand of learning, led by one of our skilled facilitators. These experiences are designed to build capacity, spark dialogue, and support practical application within school communities.
